This congress will be held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre ( P.I.C.C.), the most comprehensive venue located 25km from Kuala Lumpur. Putrajaya is the administrative capital at Malaysia and it is in the heart of Malaysia’s MSC projects.
NLP GLOBAL CONGRESS TOPICS & SCHEDULE
- The above only list out a general area of specialization. The specific area of specialization will only be announced 6 months prior to the Congress.
- Societies intending to conduct/hold their meetings/committee meetings may do so at selected rooms at the Congress venue subject to availability. If so please contact the Congress organizers in advance as allocation of rooms is on a first come first serve basis.
- Day excursion is optional.
- Details on the excursion will be announced 6 months before the actual Congress.
English is the official language of the congress. Interpreter in Mandarin and interpreter equipment will be provided upon request with terms and conditions apply.
REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the Registration Department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged at on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
If you cancel your registration, you will be refund 50% of the registration fee only if you notify the Secretariat in writing or email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 25 February 2018. No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Malaysia has an equatorial climate with year round temperatures averaging 31°C. High humidity can be expected during the wet season between the months of October to April. Quiet overcast days in December are to be expected.
The Ringgit Malaysia (RM) is the official national currency. 1 US Dollar is approximately RM4.50. All major credit cards are accepted.

No visa is required for U.S.A. citizens visiting Malaysia for social, business or academic purposes (except for employment).
No visa is required for stays of less than one month for nationals of all ASEAN countries except Myanmar nationals. For a stay exceeding one month, a visa will be required, except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.
For nationals of Israel, visas are required and permission must be granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.
For nationals of Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro, visas are required without permission granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.
Nationals of countries other than those stated above (with the exception of Israel) are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for a visit not exceeding one month.

Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation, to enable them to make their arrangements, should contact the Secretariat. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa and does not imply a commitment from the congress organizers to provide any financial support or scheduling of presentations.
